Milly Knight is the Human Resources Business Partner in Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Milly joined Gopher Athletics in May of 2022 and oversees the full employee life cycle of both Full-Time Staff members and Golden Gopher Athletics Interns. She is the point of contact on a variety of Human Resources-related matters for the Athletics department and works closely with the HR Director and the Office of Human Resources to support our athletes and staff.
Before assuming her role with Intercollegiate Athletics, Milly worked as an HR Assistant for the University of Minnesota Medical School and as a Talent and Organizational Development Intern at Allina Health. She gained experience in both of these roles while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development and a Minor in Leadership, both of which she earned from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
A Minneapolis native, Milly currently resides in Robbinsdale, MN with her spouse.
