Sport Psychology Consultation

Team Consultation
Group or team meetings can enhance trust among teammates, help set goals, improve communication, provide education, reduce conflict, or develop leadership in captains.  At times, a coach may want an "objective person" to help work through difficult team dynamics or to teach mental skills.

How to Make an Appointment

If you feel that your team could benefit from sport psychology, please make an appointment by contacting your Athletic Trainer or emailing Dr. Carly at and02825@umn.edu.
