The University of Minnesota women's cross-country team takes the 18th spot in the Finish Lynx NCAA Division I Preseason Poll. Minnesota has ranked among the nation's top 25 teams in 11 of the past 14 seasons and have finished in the upper half of the Big Ten conference 12 of the past 13 season. Minnesota is one of three Big Ten schools represented in the top 25 this week, with Wisconsin being the number five team and Michigan taking the 24 spot. Minnesota holds their annual intrasquad meet Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Les Bolstad Cross Country Course at 11 a.m.
