2012 Freshman Season: Redshirted her freshman season.
Summer 2012: Took bronze in the 1,500 meters at the Central American and Caribbean Games with her third sub-2:08 time of the spring (2:07.18), just missed advancing in the 800m at the IAAF World Junior Championships in Barcelona, Spain personal record in the 800m is 2:06.96.
At Iowa Central C.C. (2010-12): NJCAA All-American 2012 NJCAA champion in the indoor 1,000 meters and 2011 champion in the outdoor 4x800-meter relay runner-up in the 4x400m relay in 2012 team won the 2012 NJCAA Indoor Championships competed for Team Bahamas in the CARIFTA Games.
High School: A graduate of C.V. Bethel Senior High also played volleyball.
Personal: Born March 17, 1993 daughter of Delrice Carey and Sean Adderley has three siblings: Sean, Shawnt'e, and Shontel enjoys volleyball and singing pharmacy major.
