Gophers Face Nations Best Tomorrow in Madison

2011 Senior Season: Ran in three races • clocked the Gophers' eighth-best time at the Tori Neubauer 6K, running 23:33 • raced a season-best 23:29 at the Bluegold Invite • competed in the Roy Griak Invitational and ran 24:28.80

2010 • Junior Season: Finished 50th (24:53.46) at the Oz Memorial • Gophers's 34th finisher at the Roy Griak (25:21.25) • clocked in at 23:36.7 at the UWEC Invite • had her best time of the season (23:29.6) at thr Neubauer Invite.

2009 • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran in six meets • Gophers' number-seven runner (24:13.46) in UWEC Invitational • clocked a season-best time of 24:08.6 in Neubauer Invitational.

2008 • Sophomore Season: Redshirted the season.

2007 • Freshman Season: Competed in six meets • the Gophers' number-six finisher at the All-America 5K • posted her season-best time of 24:16.60 at the Tori Neubauer Invitational.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Eden Prairie High School • high school coach was Jeff Lindlief • two-time Minnesota Class AA cross country meet participant • placed 34th (15:14.5) leading team to a third-place finish in 2006 • 2007 state champion in the 800 meters (2:11.87) and the 4x800-meter relay • a eight-time track all-state honoree • a 2007 high school All-American placing sixth in the 4xmile relay at Nike Outdoor Nationals • Junior Nationals qualifier in the 800m • earned four varsity letters in track, three in cross country and alpine skiing • Athena Award Winner • high school teammate of Cassy Opitz.

Minnesota finished 18th in the team race for its highest NCAA finish since 2009.
