2015 • Redshirt Junior Season: Ran seven races • ran a career-best 21:15.1 as the fifth Gopher in 42nd overall at the Big Ten Championship • placed 40th overall as the fifth Gopher at the NCAA Midwest Regional (21:23.8) • placed fifth on the team and 200th overall at the NCAA Championship in 21:37.9 • placed fourth on the team and 34th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic 5K (17:33.25) • finished as the fifth Gopher in 49th overall at the Griak Invitational (22:41.3) • placed sixth on the team at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (21:32.1) • took 21st overall as the ninth Gopher in the season-opening Oz Memorial (23:07.4).

2012 • Freshman Season: Named an alternate at the NCAA Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional • the Gophers' No. 9 runner at the Big Ten Championships, finishing 70th with a time of 21:52.5 • her best time of the season, 21:30 came in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invite (23rd overall, third on team) • sixth at the Oz Memorial • competed in five races overall • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
High School: A graduate of Jefferson High School • top-three state cross country finisher for four straight years • 2011 Minnesota state 3200 meters champion and 1600m runner-up • also won the 3200m in 2009 and the 1600m in 2010 • finished second in the 1600m and third in the 3200m at the 2012 state meet • set personal and Section 8AA meet records in the 1600m (4:54.19) and 3200m (10:24.57) • All-Central Lakes Conference performer every year • named team MVP five times for both cross country and distance track events • holds school records in 4000m cross country and the outdoor and indoor 1600m and 3200m • graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
