2017-18 • Sophomore Season: Redshirted the 2017 cross country season, racing unattached at one meet.

2016-17 • Freshman Season: Began college career at the University of Dayton • competed at six cross country meets, recording a career-best 6K time of 22:15.4 • ran a career-best 5K time of 18:19.2 and finished 37th at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship • finished 116th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional • competed at five meets during the indoor track & field season with appearances in the 1000m, mile, and 4x800m relay • posted season-best times of 2:57.87 in the 1,000m and 5:00.67 in the mile • placed seventh in the 1,000m and ninth in the 4x800m relay at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships • competed at six meets during the outdoor track & field season, including appearances in the 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase, 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay • posted season-best times of 2:15.69 in the 800m, 4:40.53 in the 1,500m, and 11:18.11 in the 3,000m steeplechase • placed 10th in the 4x800m relay and 11th in the 4x400m relay at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

High School: A 2016 graduate of East Ridge High School where she competed for coaches Lloyd Ness, Chad Cronin, and Paula Gramer • three-sport letterwinner for East Ridge, earning five cross country letters, five Nordic skiing letters, and four track & field letters • three-year Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship qualifier, placing 83rd overall and 45th in the team standings as a sophomore (15:30.8 for 4K), 35th overall and 17th in the team standings as a junior (14:55.1 for 4K), and 39th overall and 26th in the team standings as a senior (19:04.1 for 5K) • helped East Ridge to a runner-up team finish at the 2014 state championship as a sophomore and team placed fourth as a junior and 13th as a senior • three-time all-section and two-time all-conference honoree in cross country • cross country academic all-conference as a senior • team qualifier for 2013 Nike Cross Nationals as a sophomore • named cross country team MVP and captain as a senior • team section champions as a sophomore and section runners-up as a junior and senior • Suburban East Conference champions as a sophomore and conference runners-up as a junior • five-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship qualifier with three appearances in the 4x800m relay and one appearance each in the 800m and 1600m • highest state finish saw 4x800m relay team place fourth as a sophomore, also placing 14th as a freshman and 15th as a junior • placed 11th in the 1600m and 17th in the 800m at the state meet as a senior • four-year all-conference and all-section honoree in track & field • all-state honoree in the 4x800m relay as a sophomore • named track & field Rookie of the Year as a freshman and captain as a senior • helped East Ridge to team section and conference titles as a sophomore • holds East Ridge records in the 4x800m relay and the mile • 2016 Suburban East Conference champion in the 800m • 2016 section champion in the mile and 800m • owns high school PRs of 18:50 for 5K, 5:06 for 1600m, and 2:19.67 for 800m.
