2012 Senior Season: Posted her season-best time of 24:07.75 at the Blugold Invitational (86th place) • competed in six races overall.

2011 Junior Season: Ran in four meets • clocked a season-best time of 24:00 at the Tori Neubauer 6K • ran 24:26 at the Bluegold Invite • raced the Roy Griak Invitational in 24:55.5 • finished the Oz Memorial in 25:24.95

2010 Redshirt Sophomore Season: Posted a career-best time of 23:50.4 at the Neubauer Invitational • competed in five races.

2009 Sophomore Season: Redshirted the season.

2008 Freshman Season: Ran in four meets • the Gophers' number-three runner at UMD Pine Hills Inv. • ran top season-best time of 24:06.3 at Tori Neubauer Invitational.

On the Track: Will be a senior in 2012 • competed in the 800m, 1,500m, and mile.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Benilde St. Margaret's High School • high school coaches were Corey Swann and John Porisch • a four-year letterwinner in track and once in soccer • did not compete in cross country • a Minnesota Class A Track & Field Championships competitor in the 1,600 meters as a sophomore • helped soccer team to a fourth-place state finish in 2007 • earned All-North Suburban Conference honors as a forward.

Personal: Born Aug. 23, 1990 • kinesiology major witn a minor in nutrition • daughter of Thomas and Susan Muscala • has siblings, Anthony, Lauren and Jason • enjoys biking and swimming.
