2013 • Senior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • received the 2013 Big Ten Sportsmanship Award • named an alternate for the NCAA Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional • raced in five meets • took 10th overall at the Oz Memorial 6K (23:01.3) • recorded a then-career best time of 22:17.6 and took 71st overall as the Gophers' 10th runner at the Griak Invitational • finished ninth overall and ninth on the team at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 18:05.47 • finished eighth on the team with a career-best 21:21 6K at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • took 37th (21:57.2) at the Big Ten Championship as Minnesota's eighth runner • earned first varsity letter.

2012 • Junior Season: Recorded her season-best time of 22:32.7 at the Neubauer Invitational, finishing 10th overall and second on the team • took fifth at Rocky's Run • competed at six meets overall.

2011 • Sophomore Season: Ran in four meets • finished fifth on the team and 15th overall at the Tori Neubauer 6K, running 23:01, her season-best time • finished ninth among the Gophers in 23:17 at the Bluegold Invite • competed at the Roy Griak Invitational, clocking 23:40.10 • ran 24.21.77 at the Oz Memorial.

2010 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran a season-best time of 22:27.8 at the Neubauer Invitational • competed in five races.

2009 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the season.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Farmington High School • high school coaches were Tom Hart and Joe McCarthy • three-time all-state honoree • placed sixth in the 800 meters (2:18.00) at Minnesota Class AA Championships • a member of all-state 4x800-meter relays in 2008 and 2009 • best time of 2:16.87 in 800 meters • four-time track letterwinner • all-conference middle blocker in volleyball as a senior • named academic all-state.

Personal: Born July 12, 1991 • major is strategic communications (focused on advertising) with a minor in design • daughter of Kevin and Deb Mincke • has an older brother Jordan, sister-in-law Heidi, and younger sister Mariah • enjoys playing piano, photography, going to Minnesota Twins games, camping, biking, watching Gopher baseball with Abby Anderson, and playing on the lake.
