2013 • Senior Season: Named to Midwest All-Region team, All-Big Ten Second Team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team and Academic All-Big Ten team • raced in seven meets • ran a career-best 20:35.4 to earn all-region honors and finished second on the team (eighth overall) at the Midwest Regional • was the second Gopher runner at the NCAA Championships in 21:22.4 (108th overall) • finished third on the team and third overall at the Oz Memorial 6K (22:01.9) • came in 23rd overall and was the Gophers' third runner at the Griak Invitational with a time of 21:28.8 • finished second overall at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 17:30.21 • finished fifth on team at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (20:56) • earned All-big Ten second team honors for her 13th place finish as the Gophers' third runner at the Big Ten Championships (21:25.2) • earned third varsity letter.

2012 • Junior Season: Was the Gophers' third runner (128th overall) at the NCAA Championships with a season-best time of 20:59.4 • team's fourth runner (27th) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (21:33.99) • fifth runner at the Big Ten Championships (37th, 21:14.6) • seventh finisher (185th) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (21:17) • 46th at the Roy Griak Invitational (22:30.3) • raced at seven meets overall • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2011 • Sophomore Season: Competed in six races • represented Minnesota at the 2011 NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing second on the team and 112th overall in 21:38 • ran the Gophers' fourth-best time at the Big Ten Championships, clocking a season-best time of 21:16 • added a 21:37 showing at the Wisconsin Adidas 6K, good for fifth on the team • placed 11th overall and eighth on the team at the SDSU Invite 5K with a 17:56 • finished as the Gophers' sixth-best runner at the Roy Griak Invitational with a time of 22:01.65 • earned sixth-place team and overall honors at the Oz Memorial, running 23:35.93 • Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2010 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in six races • posted her best time of 22:18.6 at the Neubauer Invitational, where she finished 22nd overall and second on the team.

2009 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the season.

On the Track: Competes in the 800m, mile, 1500m, and 3000m • 2011, 2012 and 2013 Big Ten Championships competitor.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Middleton High School • high school coach was Joe Spolar • four-time all-state honoree in cross country • placed fourth in Wisconsin Division I meet as both a junior and senior • helped team to 2006 state title • Big 8 Conference champion as a junior • earned seven all-state citations in track • ran a leg of the state champion 3200m relay in 2007 • a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Born November 6, 1990 • majoring in human resources and psychology • the daughter of Kurt and Brenda Bollig • has a younger sister, Danielle • enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with family and friends.
