2016 • Redshirt Junior Season: Named team co-captain • named All-Midwest Region and All-Big Ten Second Team honoree • competed in seven meets this season, leading the Gophers at three meets and finishing among the team’s top three at all seven meets • ended the season ranked seventh on Minnesota’s all-time top-50 6K performers list (20:23.7) • recorded a personal best 20:23.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to lead the Gophers and place seventh overall • represented Minnesota at the NCAA Championship as an individual at-large qualifier, placing 51st out of 250 runners with a time of 20:31.5 • placed eighth as the top Gopher at the B1G Championship and earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors • ran a career-best 5K time of 16:45.7 to place 18th overall and lead Minnesota at the Notre Dame Invitational.
2015 • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran seven races • finished third on the team and 147th overall in 21:11.5 at the NCAA Championship • placed 34th overall as the fourth Gopher in 21:15.2 at the NCAA Midwest Regional • ran a career-best 20:41.3 as the fourth Gopher in 20th overall at the Big Ten Championship • finished third on the team at both the Greater Louisville Classic 5K (17:30.46) and the Griak Invitational (22:27.4), where she was 33rd overall • finished fourth on the team at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (20:54.1) and the season-opening Oz Memorial (22:42.2).
2014 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran six races • made her Gopher debut as the second Gopher and ninth finisher overall at the Oz Memorial 6K (23:18.5) • finished ninth on the team and 27th overall at the BYU Autumn Classic three-mile in 19:03.4 • finished 11th on the team in 23:52.5 at the Griak Invitational • placed 22nd overall and finished 12th for Minnesota at the SDSU Classic 5K in 18:53.81 • finished third for the Gophers in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational in 22:19 for 57th overall • led the Gophers and placed second overall at Jack's Run in a career-best 22:10.1 • named an alternate for the Big Ten Championships, NCAA Midwest Regional and NCAA Championships.
2013 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2013 cross country season and the 2014 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Fargo South High School • high school coaches were Mike Merritt and Troy Thorson • an all-state cross country performer, finishing third in 2012 • on the track, won the 800m (2:17.34) at the 2013 North Dakota Division A state meet and finished sixth in the 1,600m and the 4x400m relay • 2013 Eastern Dakota Conference champion in the 1,600m • five-time letterwinner in cross country and track • four-year letterwinner in basketball • National Honor Society member.
