2015 • Redshirt Senior Season: Named All-Big Ten Second Team and All-Midwest Region honoree • led Minnesota in six of seven races • made fourth-straight NCAA Championship appearance with a career-best 44th-place finish to lead the Gophers in 20:29.1 • placed 11th to lead Minnesota at the NCAA Midwest Regional (20:36.9) • ran season-best 20:18.7 to lead Minnesota and place 11th at the Big Ten Championship • won season-opening Oz Memorial (21:8.3) • finished 19th overall as the second Gopher at the Griak Invitational (22:06.3) • led the Gophers in 14th overall at the Greater Louisville Classic 5K (17:15.82) • led the Gophers in 36th overall at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (20:22.7).

2013 • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • raced in seven meets, including the NCAA championship and regional meets • ran a career-best 20:50 as the Gophers' fourth runner at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • finished fifth overall and fifth on the team in 22:20.4 at the Oz Memorial 6K • finished sixth on the team at the Griak Invitational (21:49.2) • took eighth at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 18:03.56 • came in 31st overall in 21:48.1 at the Big Ten Championship as the Gophers' seventh runner • posted a time of 21:21.9 to take 32nd overall at the Midwest Regional as Minnesota's sixth runner • was Minnesota's seventh runner at the NCAA Championships in 21:53.5 (180th overall) • earned second varsity letter.
2012 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten • the Gophers' seventh finisher (214th overall) at the NCAA Championships with a time of 21:37.0 • team's sixth runner (50th overall) at the NCAA Midwest Regional (21:59.26) • also sixth runner at the Big Ten Championships (48th, 21:27.0) • season-best time was 21:06 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (153rd overall, sixth team) • 48th at the Roy Griak Invitational (22:32.3) • competed in seven races overall.
2011 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2011 cross country season and indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Sun Prairie High School • high school coaches were Paul Frank, Steve Riggins and Doug Maughan • four-time cross country state meet qualifier • three-time Big 8 Conference cross country champion • three-time all-state honoree in cross country • earned career-best sixth-place finish (14:45) at cross country state meet as a senior after placing eighth as a junior • Big 8 Conference champion in the 1,600m and 3,200m run her sophomore, junior and senior seasons • six-time state qualifier in track • WIAA DI state champion in the 1,600m (5:05) and 3,200m (10:52) as a senior • state runner-up in the 3,200m as a sophomore • was named the team's most outstanding freshman, sophomore and junior in track • named MVP as a senior • led her team to three consecutive conference, regional, and sectional track titles • academic all-state honoree • graduated with a 3.94 GPA and was in the top four percent of her class • National Honor Society member.
Personal: Born December 11, 1992 • received her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience • enrolled in a graduate certificate program in addiction studies • daughter of Michele and Richard Berkholtz • has three siblings, Stephanie, Thomas, and Ricky • enjoys spending time with family and friends.
