On the Track: Will be a sophomore in 2012 • competed in the 5,000m at the 2011 Big Ten indoor meet • competes in the 3,000m and 5,000m.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall High School • high school coach was Chris Babcock • a two-time all-state runner in cross country • placed 12th in the 2007 Minnesota Class AA Cross Country Championships, 25th in 2008 • the 2008 Roy Griak Invitational Girls Gold Race runner-up • a three-time all-state honoree in the 3,200 meters • placed third as a junior and fourth as a senior (10:56) • graduated with honors.
