Kaitlin Mincke enters her first season as a volunteer administrative assistant in 2014-15, after competing for the Gophers in both cross country and track & field from 2009-14.
Mincke capped her Gopher career with a standout senior season in 2013-14. In cross country, she ran a career-best 21:21 6K at the 2014 Wisconsin adidas Invitational, raced at her first-career Big Ten Championship and was named an alternate for the NCAA Championships and NCAA Midwest Regional. On the track, Mincke advanced to the 2014 NCAA West Prelims in the 1,500m and placed 10th in the 1,500m in a career-best 4:25.36 at Big Tens.
The former Gopher completed her bachelor's degree in strategic communications with a minor in design in May 2014.
