2017 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran four races • ran a career-best 6K time of 24:09.7 as the 16th Gopher in 29th overall at Jack’s Run.
2016 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2016-17 cross country and track & field seasons.
High School: A 2016 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall where she competed for coach Jerry Macken • a two-sport letterwinner who earned five varsity letters in track & field and two in soccer for the Raiders • two-year all-state honoree and four-year all-conference honoree on the track • set a Cretin-Derham Hall school record in the preliminary heats (3:58.20) and finished eighth in the 4x400m relay (4:00.97) as a junior at the 2015 Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship • part of the Raiders state championship track & field team as a sophomore in 2014 • owns high school personal bests of 59.8 seconds in the 400m and 2:19 in the 800m.
Personal: Born May 21, 1998 • daughter of Joyce and Mike Conzemius • has two siblings, Mitchell and Nolan • father Mike played baseball at Minnesota State from 1989-1992 • joins high school teammate, Brieasha Hobbs, as a freshman this season • student in the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management majoring in Marketing • interested in government and worked as a page in the Minnesota State legislature as a junior in high school • served as captain of Certin-Derham Hall’s Model United Nations team • worked as the volunteer coordinator for the Darlene Miller for Congress campaign in 2016 • selected to represent Minnesota in Washington D.C. for the NRECA youth tour the summer of 2016 • played competitive soccer • National Honor Society member • student council member.
