2011 Senior Season: Raced in two meets • Blazed a 26:24.30 at the Roy Griak Invitational

2009 • Junior Season: Gophers' number-seven runner (19:48), 23rd overall, in Rocky's Run.

2008 • Sophomore Season: Ran in five meets • the Gophers' number-seven runner at the Tori Neubauer Invitational with a season-best time of 23:08.1.

2007 • Freshman Season: Competed in six races • the Gophers' number-five finisher at the Tori Neubauer Invitational with a season-best time of 23:22.93.

High School: A 2007 graduate of Eau Claire Memorial High School • high school coaches were Mark Johnson and Dennis McGraw • placed 48th in the 2006 Wisconsin Division 1 Championships • competed in the 2006 Roy Griak Invitational (40th) • All-Big River Conference honoree • earned three varsity letters, one in cross country and two in track • Academic All-State awardwinner.
