2016 • Redshirt Junior Season: Named team co-captain • competed in four meets this season • finished among the top six Gophers at all four meets • ran a season-best 6K of 22:12.0 to place eighth overall and sixth on the team at Jack’s Run • finished third overall at Rocky’s Run (23:37.5).
2015 • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran two races • made season debut in Wisconsin adidas Invitational open race as the fifth Gopher in 35th overall (22:24.0) • placed 32nd overall and fourth among female finishers at Jack’s Run (23:20.1).
2014 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named NCAA All-Midwest Region, USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, and Academic All-Big Ten • ran seven races • made Gopher debut at the BYU Autumn Classic, finishing ninth overall and fourth on the team and covering the three-mile course in 18:21.1 • placed second for the team and 35th overall at the Griak (22:09.9) • finished fourth for the Gophers and sixth overall at the SDSU Classic 5K in 17:51.84 • finished in 21:24 as the fourth Gopher at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • clocked a time of 21:06.5 at the Big Ten Championships, finishing fourth for Minnesota and 35th overall • ran a career-best time of 20:53.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, earning all-region honors in 24th overall as the fourth Gopher • finished fourth for the Gophers at the NCAA Championship in 21:59.5 (205th overall).
2013 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2013 cross country season and the 2014 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Eagan High School • high school coaches were Lisa Langenhahn and Rob Graham • four-time all-state honoree in cross country • named high school All-American in 2012 • finished fourth (14:06.5) to lead Eagan to a second-place finish at the 2012 Minnesota Class AA cross country state meet • won the Section 3AA title by 37 seconds on the way to state • set the South Suburban Conference record with a winning time of 14:04 • finished 66th at the 2012 Nike Cross Nationals • posted third (2012) and fourth-place (2012) finishes in the Roy Griak Invitational high school race • on the track, finished second in the 3,200m and fifth in the 1,600m at the 2012 state meet • took second in the 3,200m again at the 2013 state meet and eighth in the 1,600m to lead Eagan to a fourth-place finish • set her 3,200m personal record of 10:24.69 at the 2013 Hamline Elite Meet • set her 1,600m personal record of 5:01.01 at the 2012 Section 3AA meet • placed second in the 5,000m at the 2012 New Balance Outdoor Nationals with a personal-best 16:43.65 • ran the 2-mile and 5,000m at the 2013 NBN meet • National Honor Society member • graduated with honors in the top 5 percent of her class.
