2013 Senior Season: Raced in seven meets, including the NCAA championship and regional meets ran a season-best 21:26.5 at the Midwest Regional, placing 38th overall and seventh on the team finished 118th at the NCAA championship as the third Gopher, earning a place in Minnesota's top three for the first time in 2013 with a time of 21:25.7 (short course) finished seventh on the team and seventh overall at the Oz Memorial 6K (22:37.9) came in 40th overall and seventh on the team at the Roy Griak Invitational (21:55.7) finished fifth overall at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 17:41.11 ran a 21:49 at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational as the Gophers' ninth runner helped the Gophers to a third-place team finish at the Big Ten Championship with an 18th place individual showing as Minnesota's fourth runner in 21:31.6 earned second varsity letter.

2011 Sophomore Season: Competed in one meet, racing to a fifth-place finish at the Oz Memorial in 22:35.
2010 Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in six races ran her best time of 23:05.2 at the Neubauer Invitational.

On the Track: Competes in the 3,000m steeplechase, 3,000m and 5,000m.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Marian High School high school coaches were Roger Wright, Greg Golka and Dan Nielsen the Nebraska state winner of the Gatorade Athlete of the Year in cross country (2008) and track (2009) led Marian to three state cross country titles the Nebraska Class A cross country champion (14:57.7) as a senior placed 4th at 2008 Nike Heartland Region Championships and qualified for Nike Cross Nationals in Portland went on to place 11th at Foot Locker Midwest Region Championships state runner-up in 2006 and 2007, fourth as a freshman in 2005 2009 state champion in the 3200 meters (11:19.64), runner-up in 2007 and 2008 a member of the National Honor Society and Class Officer.
