2017 • Sophomore Season: Named All-Midwest Region and All-Big Ten Second Team • ran seven races • ended the season ranked sixth on Minnesota’s all-time top-50 6K performers list (20:16.9) • placed among the top three Gophers at all seven meets, including leading the team at three meets • ran a career-best 6K time of 20:16.9 as the third Gopher in 25th overall at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite • ran a career-best 5K time of 16:46.63 as the first Gopher in sixth overall at the Greater Louisville Classic • led Minnesota in 70th place overall at the NCAA Championship (20:29.32) • finished third on the team in seventh place overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional (20:20.98) • finished third on the team in 10th place overall at the Big Ten Championship (20:34.4) • led Minnesota at the season-opening Indiana Open 5K in fourth place overall (17:46.5).

2016 • Freshman Season: Named All-Midwest Region and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree • competed in six meets this season, finishing among the top four Gophers at all six meets • recorded a career-best 6K time of 20:32.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 12th overall and third on the team to earn all-region honors • led the Gophers at the Roy Griak Invitational in 21st place overall (22:21.4) • ran a career-best 5K time of 17:01.3 to place 40th at the Notre Dame Invitational • finished second on the team at both Notre Dame and Wisconsin • made Big Ten Championship debut, placing 20th overall and third on the team in 21:41.5 • finished the season with the second-fastest 6K time ever by a Gophers freshman (20:32.6) • ended the season tied for 12th on Minnesota’s all-time top-50 6K performers list (20:32.6).

High School: A 2016 graduate of Alexandria Area High School where she ran for coaches Mark Nelson, Travis Hochhalter, and Meghan Orgeman-Crumb • five-time letterwinner in cross country and six-time letterwinner in track & field • five-time all-state and All-Central Lakes Conference honoree in cross country • earned three All-American awards at Nike Cross Nationals in 2013, 2014, and 2015 • earned four top-three finishes at the Minnesota Class AA State Cross Country Championship, winning individual state titles as a senior (17:32 for 5K) and sophomore (13:53 for 4K) and finishing second as a junior (13:44 for 4K) and third as a freshman (14:05 for 4K) • Central Lakes Conference champion in 2012 and 2015 • named Minnesota Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year • owns high school cross country personal best of 17:06 for 5K (2014) • on the track, was a four-time All-Central Lakes Conference honoree (2012, 2014, 2015, 2016), three-time Central Lakes Conference champion in the 1,600m (2015, 2016) and 3,200m (2015), and three-year all-state honoree (2014, 2015, 2016) • six-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship qualifier, winning back-to-back 1,600m titles as a junior (4:47) and senior (4:46) and also placing third in the 1,600m as a sophomore (4:53) • took third in the 3,200m along with her 1,600m title as a senior to help lead Alexandria to the 2016 state title • won the Minnesota Class AA state title in the 3,200m run (10:26) as a junior in 2015 after placing third as a sophomore (10:31) in 2014 • owns high school track & field personal bests of 10:26 for 3,200m (2015), 4:46 for 1,600m (2016), 4:24 for 1,500m (2016), and 2:14 for 800m • has held Alexandria program records for 5K in cross country and 800m and 1,600m on the track.
