2014 • Redshirt Junior Season: Named to Midwest All-Region team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten team • ran seven races • led the Gophers and placed second overall at the BYU Autumn Classic, finishing the three-mile race in 18:02.9 • finished eighth for the Gophers at the Griak Invitational in 23:10.4 • won the SDSU Classic 5K in 17:32.90 for her first collegiate individual title • completed the race in 20:47 as the second Gopher in 61st overall at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • ran a career-best 20:37.5 as the second Gopher at the Big Ten Championships in 18th place overall • earned all-region honors as the third Gopher in 17th place overall (20:43.8) at the NCAA Midwest Regional • finished second for the Gophers at the NCAA Championship, placing 132nd overall in 21:26.3.
2013 • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named to Midwest All-Region team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten team • raced in seven meets • ran a career-best 20:57 as the Gophers' sixth runner (79th overall) at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational • posted a time of 20:58.3, her second-fastest 6K time of the season, as Minnesota's fourth runner at the Midwest Regional, taking 18th overall and earning all-region honors • Minnesota's sixth runner at the NCAA Championships, recording a time of 21:52.4 (176th overall) • finished fourth overall and fourth on the team at the Oz Memorial (22:08.3) • took 49th overall and was eighth on the team at the Griak Invitational in 22:02.5 • took sixth overall and sixth on the team at the SDSU Classic with a 5K time of 17:51.96 • helped the Gophers to a third-place team finish at the Big Ten Championship with a 26th place individual showing as Minnesota's fifth runner in 21:43.2 • earned second varsity letter.
2012 • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named an alternate for the Big Ten Championships, NCAA Midwest Regional and NCAA Championships • recorded her season-best time of 21:19 in the open race at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (16th overall, second on the team) • finished sixth at the SDSU Classic • 10th at the Oz Memorial • competed in four races overall • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2011 • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2011 cross country season and 2012 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Roseville Area High School • high school coaches were Fred Kueffer and Mark Sotobeer • finished 25th in the state of Minnesota as a senior • lettered in cross country, soccer, Nordic skiing and track • all-conference and all-state in cross country, Nordic skiing and track • says her most memorable sports thrill was running a 4:59 mile • 2010 Minnesota state runner-up in the 1,600m • placed third in the 1,600m as a senior.
