2012 Sophomore Season: Ran her season-best 6K race at the Blugold Invite (24:01.87) highest team finish was 15th at the Tori Neubauer Invitational (24:10.0) competed in six races overall.
2011 Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran in three races the team's No. 10 finisher at the Blugold Invite with a season-best time of 23:17 raced a 23:27.95 at the Roy Griak Invitational.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Perham High School high school coaches were Jeff Morris and Kay Morris cross country team placed second twice and third once at the Minnesota Class A state meet was part of a 2007 Minnesota Class A state champion 4x800m relay finished second in the 1600m at the 2008 state meet earned All-Heart of the Lakes Conference honors 2007-09 set school record in 1600m and 4x800m ran at the New Balance Nationals in North Carolina in 2010, placing ninth in the mile graduated with highest honors.
