University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics and ESPN2 have announced a time change for the Golden Gopher volleyball match against Michigan State, Thursday night. The Golden Gophers and Spartans will now play at 7 p.m. CT instead of the previous 6 p.m. CT. match time. The game will be televised live on ESPN2 and held at Minnesota’s Sports Pavilion.
The 7 p.m CT match features two of the top teams in the Big Ten Conference. Minnesota is ranked No. 11 in last week’s poll and hold a 4-2 conference mark and are 16-3 overall. Michigan State enters the match, undefeated in Big Ten play (6-0), and own a 17-1 record and are ranked No. 7 in the AVCA polls.
