The Minnesota-Penn State match scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 6 has been moved back from 6 p.m. (CT) to 7 p.m. (CT). The match was moved back due to the start time of the Penn State-Iowa football game, which will be played at 3:30 p.m. on the same day.
Minnesota has had both of the original times of its matches that week altered. The Golden Gophers’ match at Ohio State on Friday, Oct. 5 was originally scheduled at 6 p.m. (CT). It was moved up an hour to 5 p.m. (CT) to accommodate the Big Ten Network’s live broadcast on the match.
The Golden Gophers will play their first match on the Big Ten Network at Iowa on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. There will be a viewing party for the match at Sally’s Saloon and Eatery that night. There will be a free buffet at Sally’s from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. that evening. The Minnesota-Iowa match can also be heard on gophersports.com.
