Single-match tickets for the 2010 Minnesota volleyball team will go on sale on Monday, June 21 starting at 9 a.m.

Tickets can be purchased online at gophersports.com, over the phone at 1-800-UGOPHER or 612-624-8080 and in person at Mariucci Arena. Season tickets are also currently on sale. 

Minnesota has two non-conference tournaments at the Sports Pavilion and the standard 10 home conference matches this season.

The Golden Gophers will open the season by hosting the Golden Gopher Invite on Aug. 27 & 28. Denver, Marquette and Stony Brook will play in the tournament. Minnesota will also host 2009 NCAA Regional participant Baylor, and 2009 NCAA Tournament participants Dayton and Northern Iowa in the Diet Coke Classic on Sept. 3 & 4.

The conference schedule will begin on Friday, Oct. 1 against Purdue at 6 p.m. The Golden Gophers will also host Indiana that weekend on Sunday, Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. Minnesota will continue the home schedule on Friday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. and face Wisconsin at Williams Arena on Sunday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m.

On Wednesday, Oct. 27, the Golden Gophers will host Iowa at 7 p.m., followed by a matchup against Northwestern on Friday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. Minnesota will welcome in 2009 NCAA Regional finalist Michigan on Friday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. and 2009 NCAA Tournament participant Michigan State on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. The Golden Gophers' 2010 home campaign wraps up on Friday, Nov. 26 against 2009 NCAA Tournament participant Ohio State at 6 p.m. and against three-time defending National Champion Penn State on Saturday, Nov. 27 at 8 p.m.

General admission tickets for adults are $8 and $5 for student, youth or senior admission. Single-match chairback tickets are also $10. Groups of 15 or more can get a special rate of $4 per ticket. Season ticket rates are also $112 for the 16-match home schedule.

Minnesota returns nine letterwinners from last year's Final Four team, including First-Team All-American middle blocker Lauren Gibbemeyer, Final Four All-Tournament honoree Hailey Cowles and NCAA Regional Tournament MVP Tabitha Love. The Golden Gophers also welcome the No. 6 recruiting class in the nation.
