2013 • SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Played in 65 sets and had 93 assists and 37 blocks • Saw action in all four matches and in eight sets during the UAB/Samford Tournament • Established a career-high four block assists in the win over Duke (9/7) • Had a Minnesota career-best seven assists and three blocks in the Iowa win (10/5) • Had her Minnesota-best five blocks (1 BS, 4 BA) against Penn State (10/9) • Added another five blocks, had three kills in five attempts and had four assists in the OSU win (10/12) • Established 14 assists in the Michigan win (10/19) • Had a Minnesota career-best 17 assists and added three blocks against Wisconsin (10/23) • Saw action against Michigan State (11/23) and had six assists and two digs • Added four assists an)d a dig in the Colorado match (12/7).

PRIOR TO MINNESOTA:
Played in 29 matches and 116 sets for South Dakota State in 2012 and named Summit League All-Freshman Team • Along with 88 kills, ranked second on the team in assists (484) and third in total blocks (91)With 88 kills, Howard ranked second on the team in assists (484) and third in total blocks (91)• redshirted 2011 season • played for Cedar Falls High School and was team captain in both her junior and senior seasons • named team MVP following the 2009 and 2010 seasons • started all 94 sets in her senior year, posting 751 set assists, 299 digs, 114 kills, 66 blocks and 26 services aces • first team all-state selection following her senior season • unanimous first team all-conference and first team all-district selection in each of the last two seasons and first team all-metro in each of the last three seasons • one of 32 seniors chosen to play in the 2010 Senior All-Star Game • ranks second in Cedar Falls High School history in career assists and career digs, and third all-time in blocks and services aces.
