Gopher Spotlight: Jasmyn Martin

Gophersports.com caught up with Jasmyn Martin as she adapts to her first month of college.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB:
Played for Hopkins High School and Minnesota Select Volleyball • Second Team Under Armour All-American • ranked 16th overall in Prepvolleyball.com Senior Aces • starter with Hopkins since eighth grade • four-year all-conference honoree • after missing most of 2015 due to an injury, came back and became a 2016 all-state and first team all-metro selection • voted the team's best offensive player for four seasons • averaged 6.0 kills per set and is hitting .416 her senior year • helped Hopkins to an undefeated conference championship year • Ms. Baden Volleyball finalist • Prepvolleyball.com and MaxPreps All-American • finished her club career with Minnesota Select Volleyball • 2014 USAV and AAU national champion with Northern Lights • 2016 USAV national champion and AAU runner-up with Minnesota Select.
