2014 • SOPHOMORE SEASON (through 11/1 matches)

Named Preseason All-Big Ten • One of 12 members that competed with the Team USA Collegiate National Team on its China Tour this past June • Had 18 kills and a team-high 13 blocks during the Yale Invite (9/5) • Had first career double-double in the Diet Coke Classic vs. Iowa State with 12 kills and 10 blocks • Had 17 total kills in Rocket Invite (9/19-20) and had 12 blocks • Had 10 kills and eight blocks to open Big Ten play (9/24) • Has team-high 6 blocks vs. Penn State (9/27) • Posted a team-high eight blocks against Illinois (10/1) • Had three aces and eight kills vs. Rutgers (10/11) as she hit .600 • Hit .500 against Nebraska and had 14 kills (10/22) • Posted eight kills and hit .500 with four blocks against Iowa (10/25) • Established seven kills, hit .333, and eight blocks at Indiana (10/29)


Named to the Freshman All-Big Ten team • Produced 122 kills, hit .404 and ranked second on the team in blocks (152) and blocks per set (1.28) • Started in her first collegiate match contested against Jacksonville State (8/30) and had three kills and two block assists • Played in nine sets her opening collegiate weekend and had eight kills and eight block assists • Played in all three matches of the Diet Coke Classic and had 10 blocks • Posted a career-high eight kills and 15 attempts against Dartmouth (9/21) • Added seven blocks in first Big Ten match contested (vs. Indiana, 9/25) • Tied a team-high five blocks in the Purdue win (9/29) • Tied a career-high seven blocks in the Iowa win (10/5) and added a career-best attack percentage (.556) with six kills, one error and nine attempts • Added six total blocks against Penn State (10/9) • Had six kills in 10 attempts and hit .500 in the Ohio State win (10/12) • Named the Big Ten's Freshman of the Week after her 14-block performance against Michigan State (10/17) and Michigan (10/19) • Held eight blocks in the Michigan win • Added a team-best and tied a match-best six blocks against Wisconsin (10/23) • Provided another six blocks in the Northwestern win (10/27) • Added a then-career best nine blocks in the Purdue win (11/1) • Held a match-high seven blocks, hit .500 and had six kills against Nebraska (11/10) • Posted a team-high six blocks and seven kills against Ohio State (11/15) • Hit .500 against Michigan/MIchigan State (11/22-23) and established 10 blocks • Established a career-best 11 blocks in the Illinois sweep (11/30) • Hit .750 and .450 in the opening weekend of NCAA Tournament play and had nine blocks • Hit .429 against Stanford in NCAA Regional Semifinal (12/13).

Played with the Stewartville Tigers • a 2012 Ms. Baden finalist, which recognizes the top senior athlete in the state • a first-team, all-state selection in both her junior and senior seasons • named an all-conference selection her sophomore, junior and senior seasons • helped the Tigers to a state runner up title in 2011 • was also named to the 2011 all-tournament team • in the 2010 season helped the Tigers to a third-place in state and also named to the 2010 all-tournament team.

Played with the Mizuno Northern Lights • helped the 17-1's win the open division of the USA Junior National Championships in July of 2012.

Graduated from Stewartville in 2013 • interested in a business major •earned academic all-state honors and held a 4.0 grade point average and named to academic honor roll • born June 21, 1995 • daughter of Tracy and Amy Tapp • twin sister, Paige, also a member of the Gopher volleyball team.
