The camp is designed to teach young runners the fundamentals of cross country and track & field. The emphasis is on providing a great fun-filled week of learning, and registration is still open.
Campers will be taught skills and techniques to help them improve as athletes both on and off the track. The camps are open to any and all who wish to attend with separate offerings for half day, full day and residence camps.
