MINNEAPOLIS – The Minnesota women's track and field 2014 spring clinic has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. In 2015, Gophers will host a high school track and field meet instead of the annual clinic; the meet is scheduled for March 27-28, 2015. Watch for more details about next spring’s meet to be available soon.
As a reminder, the Gophers will host their annual summer camp July 12-16, 2014. The camp is designed to teach young runners the fundamentals of cross country and track and field. The emphasis is on providing a great fun-filled week of learning.

Gophers All-American Barbora Spotakova threw 64.80m in to place third in the javelin at the Rio Olympic Games.

Golden Gopher teams and coaches are scheduled to appear at the Minnesota State Fair Aug. 29-31.
