2014 Season - Indoor: Ran seven races ran a season-best 2:19.75 for 11th place in the 800m at season-opening Northwest Open clocked a season-best mile of 5:04.47 in sixth place at Parents Day Open ran on the second-place 4x400m relay at UW-River Falls Invite and the second-place distance medley relay at Parents Day Open.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Ran five races ran lone 800m of the season in 2:20.14 for fourth place at Holst Invitational ran the 1,500m four times, including a season-best 4:43.04 at Meet of the Unsaintly won the 1,500m at Hamline Invitational (4:53.71) Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2013 Season - Indoor: Ran the 800m at the Big Ten Championships (2:16.20) part of the winning distance medley relay and finished second in the 1,000m at the Parents Day Open season-best 1,000m time was 2:56.43 at the Meyo Invitational ran a season-best mile of 4:55.22 at the Iowa State Classic ran the 3,000m at the Bison Classic (10:18.54).
2013 Season - Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 1,500m at the Musco Twilight with a season-best time of 4:34.71 third in the 1,500m at the Meet of the Unsaintly (4:36.28) Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2012 Season - Indoor: Placed fourth at the MSU Open mile run (5:06.48) won the Parents Day Open 1,000m in 2:56.60 ran the mile at the Iowa State Classic (5:02.22).
2012 Season - Outdoor: Ran her fastest 1,500m race of the season at the Tommie Twilight (4:34.56) finished third in the 1,500m at the Hamline Invite finished fourth in the 800m at the Holst Invitational (2:18.04).
2011 Season - Indoor: Competed in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic and finished 11th (2:12.59) finished eighth in the 800m at the Meyo Invitational (2:13.81) competed at the Jack Johnson Classic and placed third in the 800m (2:15.68) ran a 2:16.81 in the 800m at the Big Ten Championships competed in the 1,000m at the Meyo Invitational and finished with a time 2:56.23.
2011 Season - Outdoor: Won the 1,500m at the UWRF Falcon Invitational (4:40.78) competed in the 1,500m the Tommie Twilight and placed seventh (4:44.44) ran a personal best time of 4:36.66 in the 1,500m at the Mt. Sac Invitational.
2010 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Niagara High School high school coach was Dan Nett did not compete in cross country five-time Wisconsin Division 3 state track champion captured 800m crown as junior and senior 400m champion in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and was runner-up in 2009 top time of 56.15 in 400m, 2:13.29 in 800m two-time all-conference honoree in volleyball and basketball all-state in basketball as a senior 1,000-point career scorer National Honor Society member.
Personal: Born July 13, 1991 major is kinesiology daughter of Gary and Mary Vandenberg the youngest of four children with siblings Robin, Hollie and Darren enjoys snowboarding and art.
