2010 Season - Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: An NCAA Championships competitor in the discus • landed an effort of 155-7 in NCAA prelims • advanced to NCAAs with a throw of 163-8 at the West Prelims • placed fifth in the Big Ten meet (164-2) • won the title at the Jim Click Shootout with a career-best throw of 166-8 • earned her second varsity letter.

2009 Season - Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Competed at NCAA Midwest Region Championships in the discus (145-6) • placed third in the Big Ten Championship (152-8) • won the Hamline Unsaintly title with her best throw of the season, 162-11 • shared the team's Most Improved Award • Academic All-Big Ten • earned first varsity letter.

2008 Season - Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Threw the discus in six meets • competed in the event at the Big Ten Championships • marked top throw of 147-0 at the Tommie Twilight Meet.

2007 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: A 2006 graduate of Chippewa Falls Senior High School • high school coach was Bob Brodt • varsity letterwinner in both track and volleyball • placed 10th in the discus at the state championships her senior season • 2006 Big Rivers Conference discus champion • president of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Aug. 13, 1988 • majoring in biochemistry to pharmacy • daughter of Mike and Barb Tzanakis • has two younger sisters, Christine and Lisa.
