2017 Season - Indoor: Named team co-captain • competed unattached at four meets, including running an indoor career-best 2:08.90 in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic.
2017 Season - Outdoor: Competed unattached at five meets • won the 400m at the Holst Invitational (53.79) and the Hamline Invite (54.51) and won the 800m at the BearCat Twilight (2:09.82) and Hamline Twilight (2:11.60) • made five appearances in the 4x400m relay • ran a career-best time of 2:06.47 to place fifth in the 800m at the Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) National Senior Championships.
2016 Season - Indoor: Named All-Big Ten First Team honoree • named team captain • ran 11 races with appearances in the 400m, 600m, and 4x400m relay • finished as Big Ten 600m champion (1:28.59) • broke the Minnesota indoor program record in the 4x400m relay at Big Tens, anchoring the fourth-place team in 3:35.33 • won the 600m at the Meyo Invitational in a career-best 1:28.51 to rank third in Minnesota history • ran an indoor career-best 54.34 as 400m runner-up at the ISU Classic, breaking the Minnesota program record • won the 400m (54.62) at the Jack Johnson Classic • won the 600m (1:31.81) at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual • anchored Minnesota’s first-place 4x400m relay team at the Jack Johnson Classic (3:42.57) and the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual (3:49.38) • finished the season ranked second in Minnesota history in the 400m (54.34).
2016 Season - Outdoor: Ran 11 races • anchored the program record-breaking 4x400m relay team (3:32.50) that finished fourth to clinch a share of the Big Ten team title and place sixth in the 400m (53.91) at the Big Ten Championship • NCAA West Prelim qualifier in the 400m and 4x400m but did not compete due to injury • won the 800m in a career-best 2:08.52 at the Mesa Classic • won the 400m in a season-best 53.25 and anchored the first-place 4x400m relay (3:35.93) at the Rock Chalk Classic • anchored the 4x400m relay at four meets • represented her country at the Jamaica National Senior Championships, placing 14th in the 400m in 53.68.
2015 Season - Indoor: Named Second Team All-Big Ten honoree • ran in 13 races • moved into third in Minnesota history in the 600m with a 1:29.91 as Big Ten runner-up • ended the season ranked sixth all-time in the 400m in 54.96 for second place at the Jack Johnson Classic • anchored Gophers' second-fastest 4x400m relay in program history in 3:37.03 for fourth place at the Big Ten Championship • won the 600m at the Husker Invitational (1:31.00) and the Minnesota Open (1:32.60) • ran a career-best 2:18.53 in the 800m at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual • ran on the fourth-place 4x400m relay at the Iowa State Classic (3:43.03) to rank ninth in Minnesota history.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-American and Second Team All-Big Ten honoree • ran 18 races, including appearances in the 400m, 800m, 4x100m relay, and 4x400m relay • broke Minnesota program record in the 400m twice, clocking a career-best 52.86 in the NCAA West Prelim quarterfinal to place 13th • placed second in the 4x400m relay (3:33.76) and fourth in the 400m (53.66) at Big Ten Championships • ran a then-career-best 53.53 to break the Minnesota program record in prelims of the 400m at Big Tens • ran a career-best 2:11.45 to place second in the 800m at Jaguar Challenge • placed 13th in the 4x400m relay (3:35.90) at the NCAA Championship • advanced to the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m relay after finishing fifth at the NCAA West Prelims in a Minnesota program record of 3:32.68 • won the 4x400m relay at Musco Twilight, Triton Invitational, Jaguar Challenge, and Baylor Invitational • placed 11th in the 400m (54.07) at the Jamaican Athletic Administrative Association National Senior Championships.
2014 Season - Indoor: Finished her debut indoor season as the sixth-ranked Gopher all-time in the 400m with a 55.03 in preliminaries at Big Tens • won the 600m in 1:33.18 at the Parents Day Open • took second in the 600m at the Northwest Open (1:35.59) • ran on school-record 4x400m relay team that took third at the Big Ten championship in 3:36.67 • ran on four fastest 4x400m relay teams of the indoor season.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA national championships in 3:37.08 • advanced to the NCAA national championships in the 4x400m relay after finishing 11th at the NCAA West Prelims in a Minnesota program record of 3:34.71 • placed third in the 4x400m relay (3:35.07) and 10th in the 400m (55.06) at Big Ten Championships • finished sixth in the 400m in a career-best 54.91 at Spec Towns to rank seventh among Gophers all-time • ran back-to-back program records in the 4x400m relay at Big Tens and NCAA West Prelims • finished third in the 400m at Musco Twilight (55.04) and UC San Diego (55.17) • placed 10th in lone 800m race of the season (2:24.87) at USF Collegiate • won the 4x400m relay at UC San Diego (3:39.43) and USF Collegiate (3:45.00) • ran on the 4x100m, 4x200m and sprint medley relay teams at TSU Relays.
