2016 Season - Indoor: Competed in the weight throw at six meets • recorded a career-best throw of 16.23m (53-03.00) to place eighth in the weight throw at the Minnesota Open.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Competed in the hammer throw at six meets • placed 10th in the hammer throw with a career-best throw of 52.58m (172-06) at the Rock Chalk Classic.
2015 Season: Competed unattached during both the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Park High School • two-time all-state honoree • four-time All-Suburban East Conference honoree • academic all-state honoree • finished third in the 400m at the Minnesota Class AA state championships as a sophomore • four-year letterwinner in soccer, basketball and track & field • earned all-state honors in soccer and all-conference honors in both soccer and basketball.
Personal: Born February 29, 1996 • daughter of Christopher and Adenike Ogunrinde • has two siblings, Titi and Tolu • enjoys spending time with friends, listening to Beyonce, eating and reading • intends to study pre-med with a minor in Spanish.
