2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in the 400 meters at the Big Ten Championships placed fifth in the 200m and tenth in the 400m at the Jack Johnson Classic ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team that placed third (3:50.26) at the Holiday Inn Invitational. Outdoor: NCAA West Preliminary competitor in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay finished sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championships (59.53) after running the sixth-best time in Minnesota history in prelims (59.28) also competed in the 4x400m relay, finishing seventh with the No. 4 time in school history finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Bulldog Invitational (1:00.13) finished third at the Aztec Invitational Academic All-Big Ten with a 4.0 GPA.
2011 Season - Indoor: Took third in the 600m (1:36.23) at the Minnesota Open. Outdoor:finished fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:00.60) at the LSU Gold meet competed in the same event at the Big Ten championships and finished with a time of 1:00.26.
2010 Season - Indoor:Competed in five meets led off the Gophers' 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the Big Ten meet also competed in the 400 meters at Conference meet clocked best 400m time of 56.83 seconds at Meyo Invitational ran first leg of the 4x400m relay that finished fourth at the Iowa State Classic with the fourth-fastest relay time in school history (3:42.74).Outdoor:NCAA Preliminary Round competitor advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals (1:01.09) ran a time of 59.72 seconds in NCAA First Round placed fifth in the Big Ten Championships (59.65) won the Musco Twilight Meet title with a career-best time of 59.60, the fifth-fastest time in school history anchored the 4x400-meter relay that placed fifth in Big Ten meet ran the third leg of the 4x200-meter relay that finished fourth at the Drake Relays with a school-record time of 1:36.93 Academic All-Big Ten honoree earned second varsity letter.
