Minnesota wins Border Battle
2017 Season - Indoor: Competed at six meets with five appearances in triple jump, three in long jump, and one in the 200m • recorded an indoor career-best mark of 12.88m (42-03.25) in triple jump to place sixth and move into third in program history at the Big Ten Championship • won triple jump at the Minnesota Open and finished as runner-up at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual • posted a career-best mark of 5.68m (18-07.75) in long jump and ran a career-best 26.11 in the 200m at the SDSU Holiday Open.
2016 Season - Indoor: Competed at five meets with three appearances in long jump and five appearances in triple jump • recorded collegiate-best marks in both events at the Meyo Invite, finishing as triple jump runner-up at 12.72m (41-08.75) and placing 13th in long jump at 5.59m (18-04.25) • ended the indoor season ranked third among all-time Minnesota triple jumpers • placed third in triple jump (12.64m, 41-05.75) at the Big Ten Championship.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-American and USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree • NCAA Championship qualifier in the triple jump, placing 12th with a jump of 12.99m (42-07.50) • competed at seven meets with three appearances in long jump and seven in triple jump • advanced to the NCAA Championship with a fourth-place finish in the triple jump at the NCAA West Prelim, recording a career-best jump of 13.03m (42-09.00) to move into third among all-time Gophers • placed third in triple jump (12.73m, 41-09.25) and ninth in long jump (5.89m, 19-04.00) at the Big Ten Championship • moved into a tie for seventh in program history in long jump with a career-best jump of 5.94m (19-06.00) at the Virginia Challenge • triple jump runner-up at both the UCLA Legends Invitational and the Rock Chalk Classic • represented her country at the Jamaica National Junior Championships, finishing as runner-up in triple jump (12.83m, 42-01.25) • represented Jamaica at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, with an 11th-place finish in triple jump 12.91m (42-04.25).
