2017 Season - Indoor: Competed at seven meets • made Big Ten Championship debut, running a career-best 8.52 in the 60m hurdles to place 13th and move into third in program history • ran on fourth-place 4x400m relay team, running 3:37.20 to rank fourth in program history, and eighth-place 4x800m relay (11:28.58) at Big Tens • ran career-best 24.78 in the 200m at the Meyo Invite • ran career-best 56.90 in the 400m at the Jack Johnson Classic • ran on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Music City Challenge, running 3:39.59 to rank fifth in program history.

2017 Season - Outdoor: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran 16 races • ran career-best times in the 100m hurdles (13.89) and 400m hurdles (59.24) • NCAA West Prelim qualifier in 400m hurdles, running 1:00.35 in the first round to advance to the quarterfinals where she placed 25th overall in an identical time of 1:00.35 • ran the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championship, clocking a preliminary time of 59.25 to advance to finals but did not run in finals due to illness • ran a career-best 13.89 to place sixth in the 100m hurdles at the UCLA Legends Invite and move into sixth among all-time Gophers • ran a career-best 59.24 to win the 400m hurdles at the Kansas Relays Quadrangular and move into seventh among all-time Gophers • ran 13.49 in the 100m hurdles with a +4.4 wind as runner-up at the Kansas Relays • anchored the 4x100m relay at two meets, including taking fourth at the Sun Angel Classic in 45.39 to move into sixth in Minnesota history • led off the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Kansas Relays Quadrangular (3:40.27).

High School: A 2015 graduate of Rosemount High School where she competed for coaches Sara Hatleli and Park Williams • 10-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship participant • five-time all-state honoree • four-time state meet qualifier in the 100m hurdles with four top-six finishes • two-time state champion, winning both the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles as a sophomore in 2013 • state runner-up in the 100m hurdles in 2014 • placed third in the 100m hurdles in 2015 and sixth in 2012 • three-time state meet qualifier in the 300m hurdles, placing seventh in 2014 and sixth in 2015 along with winning in 2013 • ran on Rosemount’s 4x400m relay team at the state meet in 2012 and 2015, placing second as a freshman and sixth as a senior • finished seventh in the 4x100m relay at the state meet in 2014 • three-time All-South Suburban Conference honoree • South Suburban Conference champion in the 4x400m relay in 2011, 100m hurdles in 2013 and 300m hurdles in both 2013 and 2014 • holds Rosemount school records in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles and 4x400m relay • named Rosemount Female Athlete of the Year, Rosemount Female Excel award winner, and St. Paul Lions Club Female Athlete of the Year finalist • three-time track & field team captain • owns high school personal-best times of 14.23 in the 100m hurdles (2015), 43.87 in the 300m hurdles (2014), 12.43 in the 100m (2014), and 25.35 in the 200m (2012) • six-time track & field and gymnastics letterwinner and two-time cross country letterwinner • honorable mention all-state and All-South Suburban Conference gymnast.

Personal: Born May 3, 1997 • daughter of Jean and Shawn Schow • has one older sister, Meghan • intends to major in electrical engineering and international business • high school teammate of Gopher alum Katie Murgic • enjoys reading, drawing, and music • a four-year academic letterwinner who was also named an AP Scholar with Distinction, National Merit Commended Scholar, and Hispanic Recognition Scholar.
