High School: A 2013 graduate of Onalaska High School competed for coaches Darin Shepardson, Nick Larson lettered in cross country (three years) and track and field (four years) ran high school bests of 27.32 in the indoor 200m, 57.7 in the outdoor 400m and 2:20 in the outdoor 800m cross country team placed second at the state meet as a sophomore won the 4x800m relay at the WIAA Division I State Meet as a freshman in 9:12.28 and took third in the same event as a sophomore also took fifth in the 400m (58.04) and second in the 4x400m relay (3:57.85) at the state meet as a sophomore competed in the 800m (2:24.33) at the state meet as a senior, placing 19th two-time Mississippi Valley Conference champion in the 400m (2010, 2011) member of the Onalaska school record 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay teams also participated in summer park and recreation softball leagues and the La Crosse YMCA Wave swim team earned Science Department Award and graduated in the top 5 percent of her class.
