2017 Season - Indoor: Ran eight races • ran on Minnesota’s eighth-place 4x800m relay (11:28.58) at the Big Ten Championship • ran a career-best 1:34.99 in the 600m at the Meyo Invite • ran a career-best 2:12.99 in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic.
2017 Season - Outdoor: Named Academic All-Big Ten • ran 10 races • placed 25th in the 800m (2:14.00) at the Big Ten Championship • ran a career-best 2:11.94 to place third in the 800m at the BearCat Twilight • ran a career-best 4:40.61 in the 1,500m and led off third-place 4x800m relay (9:01.41) at the Raleigh Relays.
2016 Season - Indoor: Ran nine races • won the 600m in a career-best 1:35.19 at the Parents Day Invite • ran a career-best 2:14.64 in the 800m at the ISU Classic • anchored the first-place 4x400m relay (3:53.74) at the Minnesota Open.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • ran eight races • placed third in the 800m in a career-best 2:14.22 at the Tommie Twilight • ran a career-best 59.90 to place sixth in the 400m at the Holst Invitational • ran a career-best 4:46.52 in the 1,500m and led off the first-place 4x800m relay (8:47.62) at the Raleigh Relays • ran the third leg of the third-place 4x800m relay team at Drake Relays, finishing in 8:41.30 for the seventh-fastest time in program history.
2015 Season: Competed unattached during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Westfield Area High School • named 2011 USA Track & Field All-American • four-time All-South Central Conference honoree and 12-time conference champion in track & field • seven-time state qualifier with six top-10 finishes • placed third in both the 1,600m and 3,200m at the 2011 Wisconsin Division 2 state track & field championships as a freshman • finished 10th in the state in the 800m as a junior and took eighth in the 1,600m and 10th in both the 400m and 800m as a senior • holds Westfield Area school records in 400m, 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m • also a four-year letterwinner in basketball in high school • National Honor Society member.
