2013 Season - Indoor: Finished sixth in the Northwest Open mile with a time of 5:30.46 • season-best 800 meters time came at the Jack Johnson Classic (2:23.80). Outdoor: Best 800 meters time was 2:19.17 at the Musco Twilight.
2012 Season - Indoor: Set a personal best (5:21.44) in the mile run at the Parents Day Open • placed fifth at the Show Case mile run, running 5:28.10. Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 2:20.05 in the 800 meters at the Tommie Twilight • also competed in the 1,500 at the Hamline Twilight (5:00.62).
2011 Season Indoor:competed in the 1,000 meters at the Minnesota Open and finished in eighth (3:08.25) •ran a 3:08.30 at the Parents' Day Open and finished eighth •competed at the Jack Johnson Classic in the mile run and finished with a time of 5:28.98.
2010 Season - Indoor:Competed in three meets • placed seventh in the mile at the Brooks Classic with a time of 5:27.72.Outdoor:Ran the 800 meters in two meets • placed seventh in the Hamline Twilight with a time of 2:20.95.
2009 Season:Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School:A 2008 graduate of Benilde St. Margaret's High School • high school coaches were Corey Swann and John Porisch • a four-year letterwinner in track and once in soccer • did not compete in cross country • a Minnesota Class A Track & Field Championships competitor in the 1,600 meters as a sophomore • helped soccer team to a fourth-place state finish in 2007 • earned All-North Suburban Conference honors as a forward.
