2017 Season - Indoor: Named First Team All-Big Ten honoree after winning the mile (4:41.88) at the Big Ten Championship, where she also placed sixth in the 3,000m (9:18.02) • named team co-captain • ran eight races, winning four of them • ran the second-ranked times in program history in both the mile and the 3,000m • placed eighth in the mile in a career-best 4:38.88 at the Meyo Invite • finished sixth in the 3,000m in a career-best 9:17.54 at the Iowa State Classic • won both the 800m (career-best 2:12.66) and the mile (4:53.28) at the Minnesota-Wisconsin Dual.
2017 Season - Outdoor: Named Second Team All-American and All-Big Ten First Team honoree in the 3,000m steeplechase • named USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • NCAA Championship qualifier in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing ninth in 10:04.62 • advanced to the NCAA 3,000m steeplechase final with a time of 9:52.74 to place fourth in her heat and sixth overall in the semifinal round • NCAA West Prelim qualifier in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing fifth in 10:10.68 to advance to the NCAA Championship • Big Ten Conference 3,000m steeplechase champion in a Minnesota program record 9:51.83 • ran a season-best 4:24.24 in the 1,500m to place fourth at the Big Ten Championship • won the 3,000m steeplechase titles at the Big Ten Championship (9:51.83) and Raleigh Relays (10:07.46) • 3,000m steeplechase runner-up at the Ocean State Invite (10:04.98) • ran a career-best 2:08.57 in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays • ran 11 races.
2016 Season - Indoor: Ran seven races • ran a career-best 4:42.24 in the mile to place third at the Big Ten Championship and move into sixth in Minnesota history • ran the 1,600m leg of the distance medley relay at Big Tens, placing third in 11:13.28 to rank sixth in Minnesota history • finished seventh in the 3,000m in a career-best 9:21.81 at the ISU Classic to move into fourth in Minnesota history • ran a career-best 17:02.30 as the 5,000m runner-up at the Minnesota Open.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Named All-Big Ten Second Team, USTFCCCA All-Academic team honoree, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • finished as B1G runner-up in the 3,000m steeplechase • ran 12 races • scored a team-high 14 points at the Big Ten Championship, finishing second in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:09.78), third in the 1,500m (4:22.50), and 10th in the 5,000m (16:50.62) at Big Tens • placed 13th in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:15.11) at the NCAA West Prelim • ran a career-best 10:03.52 to place third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge • ended the season ranked second in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:03.52) and eighth in the 1,500m (4:22.50) among all-time Gophers • anchored the first-place 4x1600m relay at Drake Relays, running 19:21.71 to rank eighth in program history • anchored the third-place distance medley relay at Drake Relays, running 11:24.25 to rank sixth in program history • ran on the first-place 4x800m relay (8:47.62) and 4x1500m relay (18:18.65) teams at the Raleigh Relays.
2015 Season - Indoor: Ran five races • ran a season-best 4:59.51 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic • placed 19th in the mile (5:00.27) at the Big Ten championship • ran a season-best 10:07.52 in the 3,000m at the Meyo Invitational.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Ran eight races • ran a season-best 2:18.72 in the 800m at the Jaguar Challenge • placed 11th in the 1,500m in a season-best 4:41.39 at the Musco Twilight • ran the 1,500m at the Big Ten Championships and placed 25th in 4:43.84 • finished third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Eagle Open in a season-best 10:46.28.
2014 Season: Redshirted the 2013 cross country season and the 2014 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Fargo South High School • high school coaches were Mike Merritt and Troy Thorson • an all-state cross country performer, finishing third in 2012 • on the track, won the 800m (2:17.34) at the 2013 North Dakota Division A state meet and finished sixth in the 1,600m and the 4x400m relay • 2013 Eastern Dakota Conference champion in the 1,600m • five-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field • four-year letterwinner in basketball • National Honor Society member.
