2016 Season - Indoor: Ran three races with two appearances in the mile and one in the 4x400m relay • ran a career-best 5:14.61 to place 11th in the mile at the Parents Day Invite • ran third on Minnesota’s seventh-place 4x400m relay (4:11.51) at the St. Thomas Showcase.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Ran seven races with appearances in the 800m, 1,500m, and 4x400m relay • ran a career-best 4:52.88 in the 1,500m at the Ashton May Invitational • placed fifth in the 800m in a season-best 2:16.72 at the Hamline Invitational.
2015 Season - Indoor: Did not compete.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Competed unattached.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Watertown-Mayer High School • three-time state meet participant and three-time all-conference honoree in cross country • recorded a career-best finish at the 2011 Minnesota Class A state cross country championship, placing 60th in 16:04.7 as a sophomore • two-time academic all-state honoree in cross country • seven-time track & field state meet participant and two-time state champion • won 800m state title in 2:14.39 and helped Watertown-Mayer tie for 10th place in the team standings at the 2014 Minnesota Class A state track & field championship as a senior • won 4x800m relay state title in 9:31 as a sophomore and finished third as a junior and 10th as a freshman • finished fourth in 1,600m at state meet as a junior • conference champion in 4x800m relay (2011) and 300m hurdles (2013) • holds Watertown-Mayer school records in the 800m and 1,600m • also played basketball and volleyball in high school • National Honor Society member.
