2016 Season - Indoor: Ran six races with appearances in the 1,000m, mile, and 4x400m relay • ran career-best times in the 1,000m (3:19.66) at the St. Thomas Showcase and the mile (5:53.20) at the Parents Day Invite.
2016 Season - Outdoor: Ran the 1,500m at four meets • ran a career-best 5:12.67 in the 1,500m at the Holst Invitational.
2015 Season - Indoor: Ran five races, including two appearances in the 800m and mile and one 4x400m relay • ran a season-best 2:34.63 in the 800m at the Parents Day Invite • ran a season-best 5:58.16 in the mile at the St. Thomas Showcase.
2015 Season - Outdoor: Ran the 800m at two meets, clocking a season-best 2:30.49 at the Hamline Invite.
2014 Season: Redshirted the 2013 cross country season and the 2014 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Brookfield East High School • a member of Brookfield East's school record-holding 4x800m relay team that earned a state meet berth in 2010 • Greater Metro Conference indoor two-mile champion in 2010 • also a triathlete and a standout swimmer.
Personal: Born January 23, 1995 • plans to major in math with an emphasis in actuarial science • daughter of Leslie and Jon Werking • has an older sister, Evelyn, and younger twin sisters, Sarah and Rachel • enjoys biking and spending time with family • also a lifeguard and swim instructor.
