Career Highlights: Has a career best in the weight throw of 51-5 at the 2012 Jack Johnson Classic • career best throw in the hammer throw is 171-2 at the 2012 Steve Scott Invitational.

2013 Season - Indoor: Threw a season-best 48-5 1/2 (14.77m) in the weight throw at the Parents Day Open • finished fifth at the Northewst Open. Outdoor: Won the hammer throw at the Janis Rider Invite • tied for second in the unseeded hammer throw at the Musco Twilight with a season-best toss of 169-11 (51.80m) • Academic All-Big Ten.

2012 Season - Indoor: Placed eighth at the Jack Johnson Classic in the weight throw with a mark of 51-5 (15.57m) • threw 49-10 1/2 (15.20m) to take sixth at the Parents Day Open. Outdoor: Threw the hammer a career-best 171-2 (52.17m) at the UC-Irvine meet • also finished second at the Holst Invitational and third at both the Tommie Twilight and Hamline Twilight • Academic All-Big Ten with a 4.0 GPA.

2011 Season-Indoor:finished second in the weight throw at the Brooks Classic with a toss of 50-8 ¾ (15.47m) • took sixth at the Parents Day Open with a throw of 50-10 (15.49m) • placed eighth at the Minnesota Open with a throw of 50-0 ¾ (15.26m).Outdoor:won the hammer throw at the Tommie Twilight with a toss of 163-10 (49.95m) • took seventh at the Jim Click Shootout with her longest throw of the year of 166-3 (50.67m) • placed third at the Hamline Invite with a mark of 163-6 (49.85m) • took fourth in the discus at the Tommie Twilight with a mark of 135 (41.15m).

2010 Season - Indoor:Competed in five meets • placed second at Northwest Open with a season best of 41-4 1/4 in the shot put • top weight throw was 44-10 3/4 at Minnesota Open.Outdoor:Threw in eight meets • competed in both the discus and hammer at the Big Ten Championships • top effort in discus was 139-7 at LSU Alumni Gold meet • placed third in hammer at Hamline Twilight with a throw of 155-0 • Academic All-Big Ten.

2009 Season:Redshirted in the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School:A 2008 graduate of Owatonna High School • high school coach was Mark Anderson • 2008 Minnesota Class AA shot put champion, placed fourth in discus • three-time Big Nine Conference shot put champion • owns career best of 44-3 1/2 • lettered five times in track, three times in basketball and once in volleyball • helped basketball and volleyball teams to state tourneys as a senior • a member of the National Honor Society.
