2017 Season - Indoor: Ran eight races with appearances in the 600m, 800m, and 4x400m relay • ran career-best times in the 600m (1:39.07) and 800m (2:20.09).
2017 Season - Outdoor: Ran eight races with appearances in the 400m, 800m, and 4x400m relay • ran a career-best 2:17.63 in the 800m at the Janis Rider Invite.
2016 Season - Indoor: Competed unattached in eight races.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School where she ran for coaches Sarah Keiser and Derek Fisher • four-year letterwinner in track & field, volleyball and Nordic skiing • four-year All-Northwest Suburban Conference honoree and two-time all-area honoree on the track • two-time Minnesota Class AA State Track & Field Championship participant in the 800m, placing 14th as a sophomore (2:15.77) and 10th as a junior (2:16.50) • two-time Northwest Suburban Conference champion in the 800m • ranks second in Robbinsdale Armstrong history in the 800m and 4x800m relay • owns high school personal bests of 2:15.57 in the 800m (2014), 5:23 in the 1,600m (2014), 59.6 in the 400m (2015) and 25.9 in the 200m (2012) • three-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference honoree in volleyball and Nordic skiing • two-time state runners-up as a team in Nordic skiing along with earning four Northwest Suburban Conference titles • named AAA award winner for Robbinsdale Armstrong (Athletics, Academics, and Arts) and Athena Award recipient as Robbinsdale Armstrong’s most outstanding female athlete • played club volleyball and summer softball.
Personal: Born November 17, 1996 • daughter of Sandi Brady Sather and Jay Sather • has two siblings, Jason and Kristiana • major is Chemical Engineering • ran with current Gopher Melissa Cabak at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School • enjoys violin, reading, singing, being outside, traveling, swimming and scootering.
