2013 Season - Indoor: Finished 23rd in the 3,000 meters at the Big Ten Championships (9:54.27) • ran her season-best time of 9:45.81 in the 3,000m at the Iowa State Classic, finishing seventh. Outdoor: Finished 16th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (10:14.87) • placed fourth at the Big Ten Championships with the third-best time in Minnesota history (10:14.07) • runner-up at the Drake Relays (10:15.37) • second in the 3,000m at the Musco Twilight (9:37.16) • Academic All-Big Ten.
2012 Season - Indoor: Member of the eighth-place DMR team that ran 11:36.63 at the Big Ten Championships • placed eighth in the Iowa State Classic mile run (4:51.74) • took sixth in the 3000 meters (9:49.51) at the Jack Johnson Classic. Outdoor: Finished 16th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Round • finished eighth in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Championships (10:21.45) also competed in the 5,000m at the Big Ten meet (17:15.85) • became the No. 3 steeplechase performer in Minnesota history with a time of 10:18.60 at the Stanford Invite • also competed in the 1,500m during the season, with a season best of 4:32.73 • Academic All-Big Ten.
2011 Season-Indoor: Took tenth in the mile (5:12.66) at the Parents Day Open • finished 20th in the 3,000m at Iowa State Classic with a time of 10:03.54 • placed fifth in the 3,000m at the Minnesota Open with a time of 10:20.00.Outdoor: Came in 11th in the 3,000m (10:19.98) at the Jim Click Shootout • finished seventh at the Big Ten championships in the 3,000m Steeplechase with a mark of 10:33.66 • qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the Steeple Chase.
2010 Season: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: A 2009 graduate of White Bear Lake High School • high school coach was Patti Percival • four-time all-state honoree in cross country • placed fourth as a junior (2007) and fifth as a senior (2008) in Minnesota Class AA Cross Country Championshps • 2008 Suburban East Conference champion • three-time all-state performer in track, twice in 1,600 meters and once in 3,200 meters • earned six letters in cross country, and five in track and Nordic skiing.
