Katie Loberg played basketball for the Gophers for four years. She joined the track and field team at the end of the 2012-13 basketball season.
2014 Season - Indoor: Competed solely in the high jump cleared an indoor career-best 5-05.75 (1.67m) for fifth place at Jack Johnson Classic won high jump at the season-opening Northwest Open with a jump of 5-05.25 (1.66m) tied for 17th (5-04.25, 1.63m) at Big Tens.
2014 Season - Outdoor: Competed in high jump at seven meets finished 16th at the Big Ten Championships with a jump of 5-05.25 (1.66m) recorded a season-best jump of 5-07.25 (1.71m) at Hamline Twilight won high jump at Hamline Twilight (5-07.25), Musco Twilight (5-07.00) and TSU Relays (5-05.75) Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
2013 Season - Outdoor: Competed in high jump at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, clearing 5-5 tied for third at the Big Ten Championships with the sixth-best jump in school history, 5-8.50 (1.74m) won at the Hamline Twilight and Tom Cat Open finished second at the Janis Rider Invite Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
Gopher Basketball (2010-13 Seasons): Finished her career with 682 points and 466 rebounds her total of 93 blocks ranks sixth on the Gophers' all-time list Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
High School: A four-time all-state high jumper at Princeton High School, where she cleared a career-best of 5-8.25.
