Career Highlights:The 2010 Big Ten hammer champion 2009 NCAA Midwest Region and 2011 and 2012 West Prelim Championships competitor ranked fourth in Gopher history in the 20-pound weight throw (62-1) and second in the hammer throw (197-00).
2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in the shot put and the weight throw at the Big Ten Championships best performance in the weight came in a victory at the Northwest Open, a 58-4 3/4 (17.80m) launch placed sixth at the Meyo Invitational shot put with a 49-2 1/2 (15.00m) throw placed third in the shot put (48-6) and first in the weight throw (57-7) at the Jack Johnson Classic runner-up in the weight at the Iowa State Classic (58-4 1/2). Outdoor: Recorded her second-best throw of the season at the NCAA West Preliminary Round, 196-9 (59.97m) recorded the second-best hammer throw in school history in winning the event at the Aztec Invitational with a mark of 197-00 (60.04m) finished seventh in the hammer at the Big Ten Championships (193-6) finished fourth at the Arkansas Invitational Academic All-Big Ten.
2011 Season Outdoor:competed at the Big Ten Championship in the shot put and tossed it 44-1 ¼took second at the Mesa Classic Open (44-0 ¾) placed seventh at the Jim Click Shootout (43-7 ¾) competed at the Sun Angel Classic in the shot put and finished with a throw of 40-6 3/4won the hammer throw at the Hamline Invitational with a toss of 181-6 took fourth at the Jim Click Shootout in the hammer throw (178-0) competed in the NCAA West Preliminary in the hammer throw and finished with a mark of 173-9 took fifth at the Mesa Classic in the hammer throw (168-11) competed in the Big Ten Championship in the hammer throw and finished with a mark of 167-8.
2010 Season - Indoor:Competed in eight meets an NCAA provisional qualifier in the weight threw the shot put and weight at the Big Ten meet landed career-best of 62-1 in weight at Meyo Invitational season best of 47-1 in shot put at UW-River Falls Brooks Classic won four hammer and three shot put titles.Outdoor:The Big Ten hammer champion (185-8) NCAA West Prelim competitor in the hammer (173-3, 34th) won four hammer titles landed career-best effort of 189-7, the fourth-best mark in school history, at the Hamline Twilight won shot put title at the Tommie Twilight with a season-best throw of 46-5 1/4 earned second varsity letter.
2009 Season - Indoor:Competed in both the shot put and weight in six meets, including Big Ten Championships placed seventh in the Big Ten meet in the shot put (47-2 1/4) landed top throw of 47-7 3/4 to place second in Parents' Day Open won two weight titles, including the Parents' Day Open crown with a season-best effort of 55-6 1/4, the sixth-best throw in school history.Outdoor:Competed in two events at NCAA Midwest Region Championships, the shot put (46-6) and hammer (165-7) scored in both events at Big Ten meet finished third in the hammer with a toss of 176-6 and eighth in the shot put (46-6) won the hammer title at the Hamline Twilight Meet with a season-best throw of 181-0, the sixth-best hammer throw in Gopher history won second event at the meet, the shot put, with a season-best effort of 48-2 1/2 also competed in the discus, landing a season-best of 151-0 at the Sooner Invitational varsity letterwinner.
High School:A 2008 graduate of Brick Township High School high school coach was Bill Brunner the 2007 National Scholastic track & field shot put champion a four-time New Jersey state champion, winning shot put titles in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and a discus crown in 2008 four-time state runner-up as well has career bests of 47-6 in the shot put and 153-2 in the discus four-time varsity letterwinner.
Personal:Born Nov. 27, 1989 majoring in Recreation Sports daughter of Betty Hahn has older siblings Damion and Dora Damion was an All-America wrestler (2000-04) for the Gophers and a national champion (2003, 2004) hobbies include going to the beach, movies and reading.
