2013 Season - Indoor: Ran a personal record time of 55.32 in the 400 meters at the Big Ten Championships, the sixth-best time in Minnesota history • also led off the fourth-place 4x400m relay that ran the school's second-best all-time race in 3:40.99 • 4x400m relay finished second at the Iowa State Classic (3:42.63) • raced the 200m at the Meyo Invitational (25.25). Outdoor: Finished 17th in the 400 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (53.81) • Big Ten runner-up in 53.91 • in prelims, posted the second-fastest time in school history (53.72) • won the 400m at the Viking Classic • a member of the Gophers' 4x400m relay • Academic All-Big Ten.
2012 Season - Indoor: Competed at the Big Ten Championships, running the open 400 meters in the ninth-best time in school history (56.08) • also competed in the 4x400m relay and distance medley relay at the Big Ten Championships • placed fifth at the Iowa State Classic in the 400 meters (56.55) • ran her best time in the 200 meters (25.74) at the Holiday Inn Invitational. Outdoor: Led off the Gophers' 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA West Preliminary Round • led off the 4x400m relay that finished seventh at the Big Ten Championships with the fourth-best time in Minnesota history • ran the school's fifth-best 400m time ever in the Big Ten prelims (54.60) • finished second in the 400m at the Arkansas Invitational (54.67) • part of second-place 4x400 teams at the Bulldog Invitational and Arkansas Invitational, and the third-place relay at the Steve Scott Invitational
2011 Season Indoor Season: Competed in the 60 meters at the Minnesota Open and placed ninth (8:12) • ran a 8.13 at the Jack Johnson Classic • ran at the Iowa State Classic in the 200 meters and finished with a time 25.96 • ran a 22.10 at the Jack Johnson Classic. Outdoor:ran a season best time of 56.63 in the 400 meters at the Macalester Invite which she also won • ran a 56.69 at the Big Ten Championships in the 400 meters • took first with a time of 56.74 at the Tommie Twilight • competed at the Tommie Twilight in the 200 meters and finished third (25.43) • competed in the Musco Twilight and finished seventh (25.81) in the 200 meters • won the 200 meter dash at the Macalester Rider Invitational with a time of 25.55. 2010 Season:Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School:A 2009 Watertown-Mayer graduate • high school coach was Dan Hanson • Minnesota Class A state champion in 2006 in the 100 meter run, 200 meter run, and 400 meter run • state champion in 2007 in the 100 meter run, 200 meter run, and 400 meter relay • helped team claim state title as a sophomore • All-Conference in the 100 meter run and 200 meter run in 2005-2007 and 2009, the 400 meter run in 2006, the 400 meter relaty in 2007, and the high jump in 2009 • All-State from 2006 to 2007 • All-American from 2005 to 2007 • set school records in the 100 meter run, 200 meter run, 400 meter run, and 400 meter relay • lettered in track (4), swimming (5), and gymnastics (5) • Academic Achievement Award.
