High School: A 2014 graduate of West Aurora High School • ran for coach Teresa Towles at West Aurora • earned 12 top-10 finishes at the Illinois Class 3A state meet in track & field • 16-time Dupage Valley Conference champion • named 2014 ICCCA Female Player of the Year, 2014 Female Athlete of the Year for Illinois, 2014 West Aurora HS Female Athlete of the Year and 2014 Gatorade Player of the Year nominee • 2014 Illinois Class 3A state champion in 100m hurdles (14.10) and 300m hurdles (42.45) as a senior • took third in the long jump and the 4x400m relay at the state meet as a senior as well • 2013 Illinois Class 3A long jump state champion (18-2.25) and state runner-up in the 100m hurdles (14.16) and the 300m hurdles (42.98) as a junior • finished as state runner-up in the 100m hurdles (14.20) as a sophomore and placed third in the long jump (18-2.25) at the state meet as a freshman • holds West Aurora HS records in the 300m hurdles (42.45), 100m hurdles (13.90), long jump (19-1.25), high jump (5-5) and 4x400m relay (3:50.06) • owns a personal best of 19-2.25 in long jump (indoor) • four-time USATF Junior Olympic All-American honoree after finishing fourth in the 100m hurdles (13.84) and fifth in the 400m hurdles (59.69) in 2013 and finishing second in the 100m hurdles (13.93) and 400m hurdles (59.48) in 2014 at the USATF JO National Championships • two-time New Balance All-American honoree in 2014, finishing fifth in the long jump at the 2014 New Balance Nationals Indoor Championship and third in the 400m hurdles at the 2014 New Balance Nationals Outdoor Championship • also played freshman volleyball and travel softball • National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society member • high honor roll member who graduated in the top 10 percent of her class with a 4.0+ grade point average.
