Outdoor: An NCAA Preliminary Round competitor in the 1,500 meters running a time of 4:32.91 competed in the event at the Big Ten meet posted a season-best time of 4:23.14 at Sun Angel Classic ran the second leg of the Drake Relays champion 4x1,600-meter relay that set a Gopher record in 18:58.82 a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten honoree team captain earned third varsity letter.
2009 Season - Indoor: Placed fifth in the mile (4:49.16) at the Big Ten Championships ran an NCAA provisional qualifier and the fifth-best time in school history in the mile (4:44.37) at the Meyo Invitational clocked season-best time of 9:36.34 in the 3,000 meters at the Jack Johnson Classic. Outdoor: An automatic qualifier for the NCAAs in the 1,500 meters ran a career best by over six seconds in clocking a time of 4:18.11 in the NCAA prelim, just missing the final time ranks third in Minnesota history NCAA Midwest Region 1,500m runner-up with a time of 4:24.20 placed eighth in the event at the Big Ten Championships ran the third leg of the Gophers' Drake Relay champion 4x1,600-meter relay Academic All-Big Ten honoree earned third varsity letter.

2007 Season - Indoor: Scored in two events in her first Big Ten Championships placed sixth in the 3,000 meters (9:41.44) and eighth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:51.38, the seventh-fastest in school history clocked the eighth-fastest time in the 3,000m (9:40.73) at the Meyo Invitational. Outdoor: Placed eighth in the NCAA Midwest Region Championships with a personal-best time of 4:24.80, the seventh-fastest time in Gopher history also competed in the 5,000 meters, placing 10th, at the Big Ten meet clocked season-best 5,000m time of 16:52.60 at Stanford Invitational varsity letterwinner.
Cross Country: Two-time all-region performer and three-time letterwinner 2007 All-Big Ten Second Team shared team's 2007 Coaches Award with sister Rebekah the Gophers' number-two runner at the 2007 NCAA Championships.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Lakeville North High School high school coach was Bob Ertl two-time Minnesota Class AA cross country champion captured title her senior season (2005) in a record time of 13:59.3 led Lakeville North to team titles in 2003 and 2005 competed in her first state meet as a seventh-grader, placing fourth, then fifth as an eighth-grader, third as a freshman and runner-up as a sophomore placed seventh in the 2004 National Foot Locker Championships, 14th in 2005 five-time state titlist on the track won 1,600 meters three times, 3,200 meters twice holds state records at both distances (4:46 / 10:16) team won consecutive state titles form 2003-05, runner-up in 2006 won the 2-mile run at the 2005 Nike Outdoor Nationals, runner-up in 2006 also a two-time all-state honoree in nordic skiing.
